Returns & Exchange Policy
- We will gladly accept returns within 30 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
- We suggest customer to make video before opening our parcel for any claim regarding Damaged deliveries
- Damaged products with no proper proof will not be accepted in return or for exchange
- Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.

Shipping Policy
- Free Shipping on all orders over the value of Rs.1,999.
- We charge Rs.199 on all orders under the value of Rs.1,999.
- Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
- Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
- Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
- Delivery time is between 5 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events.
- On orders above the value of Rs.15,000 we will need an advance payment. Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then. The order will only be dispatched after our team confirms the payment being received in the Bank.
- Orders weighing more than 10 KGs will be charged Rs.50 per extra KG.
